Sizes
We offer a variety of sizes. All window wells are 66" wide with a projection of 39". With varying heights of 24", 36", 48", and 60".
No cross bracing required. Excavated soil is satisfactory for back fill. IRC 2003 Code Compliant
The Michigan Residential Code requires that a basement with habitable space and every sleeping room have at least one openable emergency escape window or exterior door opening for emergency escape and rescue.
